A trusted leakster revealed earlier this month that Huawei is expected to launch Nova 8 series in the last quarter of the year. The same source leaked the specs and price of one of the models from the series, the Nova 8 SE. He has now uncovered the prices and specs of the other two models of the series, the Huawei Nova 8 and Nova 8 Pro. The post on Weibo by the leakster, Really Asen Jun, says that the Nova 8 will come with Dimensity 820 processor, a processor which is exclusive to Xiaomi Redmi only but that exclusivity period is going to end in December. The phone will have an OLED Display, 90Hz refresh rate and that display will be supplied by Visionox or Tianma. The expected starting price of the phone would be $484 which converts to PKR 79,999 and INR 35,999.
The Pro version of the series will be powered by a Dimensity 1000+ SoC. It will also have an OLED Display but with 120Hz refresh rate. The display on Nova 8 Pro will also be supplied by either Visionox or Tianma. The smartphone might have a starting price of $587 equals to PKR 97,999 and INR 43,999.
