Xiaomi launched its latest flagship Mi 11 smartphone in December last year. Since then there were leaks roaming around the internet world about the expected launch of Mi 11 Lite, Pro and Ultra variants of the Mi 11 series. Mi 11 went global earlier this week but there is still no official word on other three smartphones that are expected to be included in the series.
Now all of a sudden, Mi 11 Ultra appeared in a massive leak. The super smartphone stars in a hands-on video shared by a YouTuber from Philippines on the channel named ‘Tech Buff PH’. The video which was initially shared has now been taken off. The phone is believed to be the M2012K1G handset that is recently certified by the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) in Europe and India’s Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). The handset is codenamed as ‘star.’
The leak shows that Mi 11 Ultra has a huge camera island on the back housing a triple camera setup. Rumored specifications suggest that the device will offer a 50 MP primary camera, a 48 MP wide-angle lens, and a 48 MP periscope telephoto lens. There is an LED flash and the secondary screen as well, which may be used for selfies with the primary camera. The smartphone will have a 20 MP front camera enclosed in a left cornered punch hole.
The Mi 11 Ultra will be powered by the latest and premium chipset from Qualcomm, Snapdragon 888, UFS 3.1 internal storage and LPDDR5 RAM. It is packed with a 5,000mAh battery which supports 67W fast wired charging, 67W fast wireless charging, and 10W reverse charging. The phone will be offering a 6.81 inches OLED display with curved edges and 120Hz adaptive refresh rate.
