Oppo Reno5 4G launched in Pakistan with S720G chipset, 64 MP main camera

Last month Oppo unveiled the Reno5 series with three variants Oppo Reno5 5G, Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G and Oppo Reno5 Pro+ 5G. Later in December 2020 Oppo launched the 4G variant of Oppo Reno5. Now the company has finally launched the latest series in Pakistan with Oppo Reno5 4G as the first device in an event held online on Oppo’s official Facebook page. The 4G variant is similar to its 5G model with a few main differences in the specs.

Oppo Reno5 4G is powered by Snapdragon 720G chipset, this is the same chipset found on Reno4 but obviously the latest handset has many improvements to be called as a variant of Reno5 series. The Smartphone comes with an 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. It offers a 6.4″ AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate.

Phone's internals

The main camera has a 64 MP main sensor with f/1.7 aperture. The selfie camera is a 44 MP shooter. The three remaining cameras are the same – an 8 MP ultrawide-angle camera and two 2 MP modules, one is a macro and the other is a depth sensor. The phone comes with various camera features such as night mode, portrait, dual-view video, slo-mo, time-lapse, AI mixed portrait, expert, extra HD, pano, text scanner, macro, sticker, soloop templates and Google lens.

The Reno5 comes with a 4300 mAh battery that supports 50W fast charging. The phone will run ColorOS 11 based on Android 11 and comes in two color options, Fantastic Silver and Starry Black.
