POCO has added a new device to its M series of smartphones, the POCO M3. The phone is announced with a new refreshing look largely inspired by recently launched OnePlus 8T CyberPunk 2077 Edition. The premium looks of POCO M3 with its youth centric design are not found on other budget devices. The smartphone has a rectangular camera module on the back enclosed in a bigger housing which has POCO logo on the right side and triple camera on the left side having a large 48 MP f/1.79 primary camera along with an 2 MP macro and a 2 MP depth sensor. On the front, you get an 8 MP selfie shooter in a water drop notch. The handset comes in beautiful three colors, Cool Blue, Poco Yellow, Power Black.
The POCO M3 is powered by a Snapdragon chipset unlike its predecessor which was launched with a MediaTek chipset (the POCO M2 featured a MediaTek chip, specifically, the Helio G80.). The Poco M3 gets a Snapdragon 662 processor underneath clocked at 2.0GHz with 4GB RAM and 64GB (UFS 2.1) / 128GB (UFS 2.2) storage options. One of the biggest highlights of the hardware is the super large battery inside. The POCO M3 features a massive 6000mAh battery inside that should keep you going for more than a day. The phone supports 18W fast charging as well. As for software, the POCO M3 is running MIUI 12 for POCO, based on Android 10.
