Mobile World Congress (MWC) Shanghai 2021 is about to begin from tomorrow and one the phones that is going to get launched at MWC is Realme GT 5G. Over the weekend, we shared some images showing Realme GT 5G banners which were set up at MWC. Now Realme has officially shared the first look posters of the upcoming flagship smartphone. Chinese actor and singer Yang Mi will be promoting the smartphone in China.

Realme RMX2202 that was recently approved by the TENAA and 3C certification platforms will be debuting in China as Realme GT 5G. At TENAA, the handset was spotted with a punch-hole display and a rectangle-shaped camera module.

The posters revealed that the phone is coming with a 64MP triple camera setup at the back whereas on the bottom side we will get a 3.5mm headphone jack, a USB-C port and loudspeaker. The Realme GT 5G will be launched in a glass back option and a leather back option. Have a closer look at the leather back variant which was also found on Realme banners at MWC.


Realme will be launching the Realme GT 5G on March 4 in China and ahead of the launch, both Realme and AnTuTu have revealed the benchmarking scores of the smartphone. Realme CMO Xu Qi shared a screenshot of the AnTuTu listing of the Realme GT (RMX2202) which revealed that the phone scored 770,221 points which is a very high performance score. The GT 5G is coming with a 120Hz refresh rate, 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage, Android 11 OS and Snapdragon 888 chipset.
