Samsung is about to launch many A-series devices in coming weeks and it is expected to launch them in the last week of February or in early March. We are hearing from here and there about the specs of the phones under A-series. Now more leaks appear online confirming specs of Samsung Galaxy A52, A52 5G and A72 4G. First of all let’s have a look at Samsung Galaxy A52 and A52 5G.
Samsung Galaxy A52 and A52 5G
As the naming itself confirms, the key difference between both models is the connectivity. Both the A52 and A52 5G looks similar design-wise and specs-wise but there’s one major difference in the processor of course. The 4G variant of A52 will have Snapdragon 720G at the helm whereas the 5G variant will be launched with Snapdragon 750G. Both variants will launch with two storage options according to the leaks; 6/128 GB and 8/256 GB.
Both of the variants of A52 model to launch with 6.52 inches super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate and under the screen finger print scanner. On the back, the smartphones will offer a quad camera setup in a rectangular camera island. They will be running the latest Android 11 OS with Samsung One UI 3 on top. The devices will come with NFC support as well as an IP67 rating. The phones are powered by a 4,500mAh battery and 25W fast charging support.
The Samsung Galaxy A52 models will be launched in four colors — Awesome White, Awesome Black, Awesome Blue, and Awesome Violet. The 4G variant is expected to start at €349 (USD 423, PKR 64,999, INR 28,999) while the 5G variant will start at €429 (USD 520, PKR 79,999, INR 34,999). Samsung Galaxy A72 4G
Samsung Galaxy A72 4G is similar to its 5G counterpart. The smartphone will offer a 64MP primary camera along with a 12MP ultrawide lens, an 8MP Telephoto and a 2MP macro sensor on the back. On the front, the smartphone will be launched with a 6.7 inches super AMOLED display with a centered punch hole for a 32MP selfie shooter and 90Hz refresh rate. The phone will also have in-display fingerprint reader.
The Galaxy A72 4G will come with Snapdragon 720G and two RAM options, 6GB and 8GB. The smartphone will run on Android 11 and have two storage option; 128GB and 256GB which can also be expanded through a microSD card. The handset will be powered by a 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support through a USB-C port. The pricing in Europe for 128 GB storage option will start at €449 (USD 545, PKR 86,999, INR 39,999) and the 256GB option will cost you about €509 (USD 618, PKR 98,999, INR 44,999). Pricing in Asian markets will definitely be different from the European markets.
